Allen Mayberry
Counselor
Allen grew up in Asheboro, NC and earned his undergraduate degree in Christian Studies from The College at Southeastern. After teaching in a private Christian school for a couple years, he returned to Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary where he received his Master in Divinity and also a Master of Arts in Biblical Counseling. From 2019-2021, and before joining Hope, he served at a counseling practice in Wake Forest, NC. Allen is married to his wonderful wife, Katie, and together they have two little boys – Blaise (3) and Aidan (1). Allen enjoys spending time with his family, reading, jogging outdoors, the mountains, and UNC sports.
